Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of LAJOIE SKIN and DHL eCommerce. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held at customs may take longer.

Our policy lasts for 30 days and so we will be happy to refund you in full using the same method of payment you used for your initial purchase.
